Installation occurs in the gallery storefront space.
Opening hours are noon to 7pm for the duration of occupancy, and a reception can occur on a single evening of mutual selection until 9pm.
Owner maintains operation of/public access to its back cafe space concurrent with gallery storefront operational hours.
No insurance required, but tenants are not covered by Landlord's insurance.
Venue window, door, and side panel signage remain in place. Vinyl on glass signage can be covered by tenant without damage, if desired.
Bathroom access is for tenant/owner staff/crew only (no public access).
Resident artists maintain access to their basement studio space.
