As this space isn’t suited to those that rely on heavy footfall, you will need to give good directions to your clients. This space also doesn’t have an alcohol license or permit loud music.

Redecoration is permitted but subject to proposal and reinstatement post hire.
Hours are in general from 7am-10pm but these are flexible and can be changed subject to approval.
Tenants are required to organise their own liability insurance for their period of occupation.
Sound inside must be limited to 75db from Mon-Fri. There are no sound limitations on weekends.
All waste to be removed off site when vacating the studio.
Parking is available for £1 per hour from 8am-6pm Monday - Friday, and is free on weekends. The car park is open 24 hours a day.
