Hirer's Responsibility - Pre-Event Inspection and Acknowledgment of Building Condition
The Hirer shall provide Lock Studios with the floor plan of the utilized space no later than 14 working days prior to the event date. Lock Studios reserves the right to conduct an inspection of the premises before the event, including any installations planned by the Hirer. By entering into this agreement, the Hirer acknowledges that it has inspected the Building and is satisfied with its state and condition. The Hirer agrees that Lock Studios shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for the state and condition of the Building or any loss, damage, or injury arising from it, including but not limited to damage to the Hirer's possessions.

Building Decoration and Uplighters
The Hirer acknowledges that painting, making markings, or decorations on any walls, floors, ceilings, or doors at the Building are strictly prohibited at all times unless approved by Lock Studios Ltd. The Hirer shall provide Lock Studios with the floor plan of the utilized space no later than 14 working days prior to the event date. Additionally, the Hirer shall not move or interfere with the Licensor’s uplighters at the Building. In the event of such interference, the Hirer shall promptly pay a compensatory sum of £5,000 to the Licensor, equivalent to the reinstatement costs.

Food Preparation
Cooking is permitted on-site; however, it is restricted to pre-prepared foods that only require heating up. Frying or grilling activities are strictly prohibited. The Hirer must ensure that all food-related activities adhere to this guideline to prevent any potential hazards or damages to the premises.

Noise
Live bands and DJs are permitted to perform music within the Venue, subject to specific conditions. Lock Studios Ltd requires prior written approval for the engagement of these entertainers. Such approval must be obtained at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled event. Strict noise restrictions are in place, with a specific decibel level of 65DB associated with the venue. It is imperative to acknowledge the venue's proximity to residential areas. Adherence to these noise restrictions is mandatory for all events hosted at the venue.

In order to ensure full compliance with local regulations and to demonstrate respect for the surrounding residential community, the following noise-related guidelines shall apply:
The choice of live bands and DJs, as well as their volume levels and performance hours, shall be agreed upon in writing with Lock Studios Ltd. Lock Studios Ltd reserves the right to impose reasonable restrictions on the volume and type of music played during the Event, as deemed necessary to maintain a peaceful coexistence with the surrounding residential areas.

Opening hours can be extended to 3:00am on weekends. The space can be flexible with earlier load-ins or de-rigs.
