This week’s selection has been curated by Dean Bryce, an A&R specialist and music management company, Don’t Sleep’s founding director, who is responsible for Peggy Gou’s rise to fame.

With a career spanning 21 years, the London-based entrepreneur started his career assisting the management for acts like MJ Cole and The Cinematic Orchestra. He then went on to work at Boiler Room as global head of music for a year, before launching his own venture, Don’t Sleep, in 2019.
