It’s hard for emerging food brands to get noticed. That’s why founder Emily Schildt opened Pop-Up Grocer, a travelling grocer that showcases an edited selection of sustainable, natural food brands. Schildt wanted people to initially interact with her shop and its products in-person, not at the click of a button. That’s why she adopted the pop-up model, bridging the gap between online and offline and bringing interesting brands to new audiences across the country. This is the grocer’s third pop-up open for 30 days- LA is next. Step by step, shop by shop, they’re learning and redefining traditions.
